Ok, once again, not the most attractive dish that you have ever seen. But how about not always judging the book by its cover? How about not all the time looking at our in-house chef’s cooking and thinking “definitely not top chef –material”. Just stop. Just stop and try to see that it is not all about the look, the most important things in life are what you can’t see. Like love. You can’t see love, you feel it. You can feel this pasta if you want, but maybe just concentrate on tasting it. It tastes awesome, and what is most important, it’s cheap as fudge. Also, the reason for this pasta to look like it has anemia could be the wrong choice of colour with the plate.
What you need:
2 dl cream
200 g feta cheese
200 g mozzarella
3 gloves of garlic
tomatoes (if you are rich as fudge, buy cherry tomatoes, they look fancy)
What you do:
Chop tomatoes and garlic, sauté them in a saucepan, just that they are nicely softened.
Add cream and feta, cook for 5 minutes.
Season with black pepper and basil. Cook with mild heat for 5-10 minutes.
Boil the water, add spaghetti and cook for 8 minutes.
Once cooked, mix with pasta sauce and finally, garnish with fresh tomatoes and chunks of mozzarella. Yummy to your tummy!
Next week you’ll be introduced to a blueberry pie so good that you might just end up feeling it! More on this next week.
